Do you have a warranty?  

Yes!  Our customers' satisfaction is our #1 priority!  If, for any reason, you experience any issues due to our craftsmanship, Justin will be back out to fix it at no cost to you!  Most parts supplied by Panel Pros Electric have a lifetime warranty.  

What is included in my pricing?

All pricing includes materials and labor, with the exception of most lighting and ceiling fans.  Because these projects are more custom to the customer preferences, we ask any fixtures are supplied by you.

Items not included in your estimate: Permit, Sales Tax, Utility Charges, possible Sheetrock Repair

Do I need a permit?

If your project involves a panel or generator, then yes, absolutely!  We strive to make sure your projects are done correct and within required codes.  

How much do you charge for an estimate?

Nothing!  When you book an estimate with Panel Pros Electric, we do not feel you should have to pay to have someone just tell you what you need.  Just think of it as your neighbor coming over to give you some advice.

Are you licensed?

Absolutely!  We are fully licensed and bonded, so you will have nothing to worry about!

What is your previous experience?

Justin started his electrical apprenticeship with Lander Electric in Bellevue before heading to REC in Covington.  After some time there, he got to his journeyman level in residential electric with As You Wish Electric in Seattle.  Because of his past experience, he has mastered his craft to become the great electrician to serve his community.

Why am a charged a diagnostic/service fee?

A 50% deposit is required for projects for $1000.00 once estimate has been approved and job scheduled.

A service fee will be added projects 

How does your online booking work?

 

Online booking is our innovative way to let you get on our schedule when we are unavailable.  Whether we are on the phone with another customer, or we are just not open because it's after hours or the weekend, we give you the opportunity to book with us 24/7.  Keep in mind when you book, you are booking the arrival window.

Here are the steps:

  • Select the job or jobs you would like to book

  • Add any notes you want us to know at the bottom under Custom Request, then hit Next

  • Pick an available date and time, hit Next

  • Fill out your contact information and Confirm

  • You will receive notification of your appointment

Do you offer any discounts?

Why yes we do.  We currently off
